Elden VBK Damer is looking for a coach!

We’re looking for a committed and experienced volleyball coach to lead and develop our newly started ladies team. If you enjoy helping players reach their full potential and have the knowledge required to coach intermediate players you could be the right person for us!

About the team:

• We are a ladies team that was started earlier this year and consists of players on an intermediate level.
• Our goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment where we can grow and have fun together.
• We have a strong will to play in division 3 the coming season, and want our coach to help us achieve this.

What we want in you:

• Experience of coaching volleyball.
• Knowledge of fundamental volleyball techniques and tactics.
• A positive and motivating attitude to inspire the players and create a good team spirit.
• The ability to work with players on different levels and adapt the coaching to individual needs.
• Communication and leadership skills to instruct and guide the players in a clear way.
• As it’s an international team, being fluent in English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead recurring training sessions twice a week for the team.
• Develop the players fundamental skill in volleyball.
• Motivate and support the players to reach their full potential.
• Promote a positive and including team spirit where the players thrive and develop.
